1. About these terms

When you buy the eBook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own use. You may not:

  • share, resell, redistribute, or upload the eBook or its download link anywhere;

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • Your purchase is completed by our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

All content on the Website and in the eBook — including text, design, graphics and branding — is owned by RestWell and protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestWell is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the eBook or Website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the eBook. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015) or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
