Digital product — instant download
The Deep Sleep Reset is a digital eBook (PDF) delivered instantly by download link after purchase. Because the product is delivered digitally and cannot be “returned”, our refund terms reflect that nature.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to sleep better. If you follow the 14-day program and feel it hasn’t helped you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@restwellcozy.com with your order number and a short note about your experience, and we will refund the full purchase price.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
- Refunds are made in the currency you paid in (GBP); any currency conversion differences or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request if:
- It is made more than 14 days after purchase;
- There is evidence of abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated purchases and refunds);
- The request relates to an issue we were not given the chance to resolve (e.g. a corrupted download — we will always replace a faulty file first).
Download problems
If your download link doesn’t work or the file won’t open, email us and we will send you a fresh copy right away — no refund needed, we’ll just make it work.
